Most of our clients opt for the no risk, no hassle option of our "Fully Managed" letting service which enables us to guarantee the rent payments, while virtually eliminating the void periods between tenancies.
Some landlords prefer to accept the risk that the tenant does not pay and are happy to manage the property themselves, then we can offer them a "Tenant find" service.
