Avoiding Void Periods
One of the largest potential events that cost landlords money is when there is void period caused by there being a gap between an outgoing tenant and an incoming tenant. Box is proactive in eliminating these voids by remarketing 2 months in advance of tenant departure date. Our contracts with tenants empower us to perform viewings for new perspective tenants. We consistently eliminate any void periods by micro managing these exit events.
